Sun Umbrella

Took a trip to the shops, big mistake on one of the hottest days of the year! Too hot to try clothes on but it was nice to have a wander.

A lovely evening for the aquathon, completed a 1,500meter swim in the lake followed by a 5km run. Third day in a row of running and my leg is holding up!
