Early start

Another early start for my rehab class. It’s such a struggle getting up but it meant I saw a nice sky before the grey set in. And it’s amazing to be home at 9 having done the class and raring to go at a time when I’m usually just about to eat breakfast! There’s definitely a lesson there somewhere. It’s all helped by a treat of tea, toast and my friend Barbara’s lemon marmalade when I get back!
