Uplifting.

Vic phoned me last night, He has been admitted to hospital to see if they can control the constant sickness. He  said he is being well looked after, thank goodness for that. 
We missed him in the gym this morning. Very busy there this morning, but January is always the same.  Coffee afterwards and then into town. Bought a few things then came home on the bus, with my mask on, although Anne, ( my nurse friend) said the NHS had told them they don't need to wear a mask any more. I think I will, just to be on the safe side.
