To Kingdom Come

The Band were one of my favourite bands:To Kingdom Come, one of my favourite albums.  The last surviving member, Garth Hudson, has now passed away.  

Had lunch with my band-mate Neil today. He and I are the same age, give or take a couple of months.  We’ve been playing together for about 25 years now.   

Inevitably we talk about music and people - friends as well as famous musicians - who are no longer with us.  The list is getting longer.  For both categories.

It’s been months since we last met up, so we promise to get diaries and guitars together, before the list gets any longer.
