Loaf

Our sourdough started took a turn for the worst over the festive period, changed colour, changed consistency and grew hair.

Time for a new one, which was ready this week, so here is the first loaf. I have to say I was surprised how well it worked out. I’ve made some really, really, terrible loafs.

Perhaps it was always the starter and not my ineptitude?
