Egg on a Plate

I really have been neglecting my black and white studies. I reckon no one has ever done an egg on a plate before. Have they? Well yeah but ... no more than a few thousand times maybe.

Incidentally I experimented to produce a posterized version to show a little artificial banding. If you have a moment I'd value an opinion.
