Mr Spider

Found this wee chap hanging around on a hosta leaf.  Sometimes I amaze myself - years ago I wouldn't have gone anywhere near him but there's something in the small, buggy-eyed variety of spiders that I now find quite endearing.  He let me take a few and was even still on the same plant when I went back to check him out a few hours later.  Maybe we'll become friends?  I'll visit again tomorrow and see if he's still around.

Feeling a little tired today - stayed up to watch the ladies semi's again last night and with the men's semi finals tonight it could be another long one.  Great tennis though, so well worth it.
