Crown of thorns

Milly Vanilli or Euphobia Milii if you prefer the proper genus and species.  It reminds me of a wreath of poppies for Remembrance Day.  Native to Madagascar and a popular hardy plant.  Mine is in a pot at the front.

Not much else to report here.  I watched the Zverev v Djoko game this aftrnoon until the retirement.  Quite a surprise really and as Sasha said, Djoko has played on with many injuries over the years and won so he must have been badly injured.  I have to say I am shaking my head at part of the crowd who booed him off.  Really, they need to be taught some tennis etiquette and respect for the players.  Shame on them.  I noticed the crowd seemed to be a bit more rowdy and badly behaved this year.  I stayed up late and watched the Madison Keys v Iga Swiatek match last night which was epic.
