Lanshaw Layers

I've got so used to the wrong kind of fog that it came as a surprise today to get the right kind, although I wasn't able to go out and get above it until late morning, after various meetings. By the time I did, all sorts of interesting layers were building in the sky, but not before I sighted my first brocken spectre and fogbow of the year.

Forrest's Christmas present to Roam and I was a night out at Elland Road. Not the greatest game, to be honest, but one can hardly complain about a 2-0 win, never out of second gear, to go back to the top of the table. And Forrest got a result too, with a decent bet on Leeds to win with Dan James scoring. It was fun and nice to turn the head off for a few hours.
