Crunch!

We’re in the throes of storm Eowyn and so far just the fence around our oil tank has suffered. We can see that a few of our neighbours have lost ridge tiles, but nothing too major.

As well as the alert from the government just before 6pm yesterday, we also had texts and emails from our GP surgery, church coffee shop, local National Trust estate and Tesco to say that they would be closed today.

I’m being lazy and staying snuggly in my pjs, but the Ards Man is putting his time at home to good use and is painting the newly plastered walls in the ensuite. He’s making me look bad…..
