Don't think it will hold!

Doing battle with the wind - my neighbours fence has a broken upright and the very strong winds are blowing it in towards my side. My neighbour has tried to tie it from his side and I have tried to hammer a buttress on my side. Think I will be heading back out after lunch to reinforce it if it is still holding.
