Daffodils

These are the daffodils I bought last week, and they have gradually opened to be a delight today. Not bad for £2 for the 2 bunches.

Got woken up around 3am this morning by the wind and rain of the latest storm, but we have been lucky a few trees down. And I really feel sorry for those here in UK that have been suffering. 

When I set out after breakfast for my Aerobics class, while there was a chill wind  the sun was shining. Some of us went for our usual coffee in Sainsbury's Cafe afterwards. I asked one of the staff when it was closing and she told me the 11th April, also the Pizza hot food section was closing too. They only knew at the same time as we did when it was announced yesterday. She did hint that the cafe would be available to rent. So we wait developments.
