No Takers Today

I was woken by the noise of the wind at around 5am, I gave up at 6am and got up to make myself a cup of tea.  We got off lightly here I think.  I spent the morning getting my housework done, M did the hoovering for me.

The wind had settled down a bit by lunchtime.  I noticed that high tide at Sheringham was 2pm so M and I drove down to the Esplanade for a wander up and down.  The waves were rather disappointing, I presume it was because the wind was coming from the wrong direction.  Still, it was a chance for some fresh air after all the household chores.  Not many people about on the seafront unsurprisingly.
