Scottish Home Grown Raspberries are Best!

The Head Gardener brought them in this afternoon from the fruit cage at the bottom of the Garden, close to the Railway Line.

As she is also Head Cook, I am now wondering whether she is thinking of jam or 'with cream'?

Since she made 7 jars of Marmalade this afternoon, and we still have 5 jars of Raspberry Jam from a picking last week, I have real hopes that 'With Cream' will win out! Oooh!
