It was another slow start today. I woke up at 9, well behind the sun this morning. Our art association's art show was to open at 9 and I had hoped to be there on time. 

I ambled down the south frontage road at a snail's pace. There seemed to have been some accident near Walmart. Lights were flashing on the response vehicles still in attendance. 

I found a parking space close to the Fine Arts Building at the Yuma Fairgrounds. I am always inspired to see the mural our association painted on it last year. 

I had a look around inside the hall and had a lovely chat with those members that I know. We are each allowed to display 3 pieces. I caught A discussing hers with a friend.  My three offerings were there near hers. I have two acrylic paintings and a photograph of a coyote. 

I took myself home to lunch and will remain at home for the day.
