Unicorns

After two hypnotherapy sessions I was able to calmly face a dreaded dental treatment The experience that caused the irrational fear has been reframed. So today there were unicorns in the surgery and rainbow sparkles were flying out of the drill. Clever stuff. It really, really worked.

This evening I went on a tour of Jersey’s Cold War bunker. Frozen in time, the interior is exactly how it was left when the Berlin Wall came down and the three decade monitoring operation was decommissioned. Fascinating!
