Morning Run

I have a friend. She makes me run every Friday morning. It’s utterly hellish but we laugh and chat en route. This is at fossil ridge trailhead where the Red Rock Canyon trail rides are and it’s only 15 minutes drive from where I live. Looks like a movie.
