Lunch date

Al and Otto came to lunch.  There was a 'poo' called Chutney at an adjacent table and they said hello but mostly Otto was chilling on his mat.  Al moves further away in 2 weeks time so we have squeezed extra lunches in. 
Some parkrun messaging today about the imminent closure of part of our course for repair works.  We are hoping that we can get an alternate route agreed but we have been told quite late in the day which is rather frustrating.  
Gordon ang Yvonne have laundered and audited the pacer vests following our rodent visit and I need to order replacements.
I worked hard this week to tick off some jobs and not worry about the growing list that I can't get to. Today I had a meeting with someone who has triggered anxiety in me.for some time and I chose to not let them today.
