Clínica Fisioterapia, where I have my fortnightly torture sessions in the vice-like grip of the very capable Alba.

However, they are doing some good and apparently I only need one more.

The problem is, after each session, it takes a couple of days for the effects to kick in and the pain to wear off.

Oh well, as Alba is so often fond of saying, "No pain, no gain".
