Storm Eowyn

I can't remember the last time I didn't leave the house all day.

The wind gusts were insane in the afternoon (I can believe they reached 70 - 80 mph here)there wasn't that much rain, but I thought for a while that our huge living room window will fall into the room, it was creaking a lot and moving back and forth... so were the gutters. In the end, we didn't have that much damage and thankfully we didn't experience a power cut but it was a tense day of waiting for the hurricane to pass and watching the garden fence being ripped apart...

I hope everyone I know on here is ok.
