Saturday 25th January 2025... parkrunday...

Redcliffe parkrun this morning... I love the Silhouette of some runners standing around chatting prior to parkrun... It was pacer week, someone had volunteered someone else to be the 25 minute pacer but as it got closer to start time and they hadn't turned up, Ruben (son) was called upon to fill the vacant pacer role, which he gladly did...Then this afternoon he had 2 Pre Season games to referee ... It's been a full on day...
