Today was spent doing first aid at Treefest then feeling ridiculously sleepy. I went for a nap at 6.30 with the aim of getting up at 8 and meeting people for dinner. I woke up at 8.30 when the torrential rain started and called to say I wasn?t coming for dinner and was going to bed.
