Now we are seven
More glorious Yorkshire sunshine today and an early start for our day trip to Temple Newsam. It was more an adventure this time as we decided to go by train and bus with some scooting in between for the children.
This isn't the best photo I took today but as the day was about catching up with friends and celebrating birthdays it had to be a blip of the boys. J and his friend Harry were on special care together after they were both born prematurely and from the first time I met his mum I knew we'd get on well. When the boys were little and we just lived round the corner from each other we spent hours pram pushing so they would get some much needed sleep. Didn't get us any much needed sleep but at least we knew we weren't alone!
We moved away when J was just two and a half but we still manage to meet up most holidays and it's always lovely to see the boys having fun together, along with Oliver who we have know for almost as long.
No prizes for guessing what they were singing as they were spinning round.
