Mallards

I spoke with the vet this morning and they are planning to do a scan on Monday, although if they find anything it is unlikely they can do anything; he is too old to be operated on. At least we might find out the cause of his problems.
 
The gardeners cancelled their day to visit today as they did not want to get stuck if trees came down and roads became flooded. We cancelled our lunch with friends, mainly because the vet was ringing around lunchtime and we wanted to spend time with Dougal.
 
The temperature, at noon today, was three degrees Celsius. Wet and windy, but not as windy as we thought it might be.
