Fennel
This morning at the market we bought a beautiful specimen of fennel at a very good price. It's strange because you don't usually see these vegetables around here.
Then at home, I made a cream with the fennel bulb, some turnips, carrot, potato and leek and it turned out very tasty
In the afternoon Pedro cooked a fennel stew with fennel leaves, potato, rice, cabbage, white beans and some pork. It's also tasty. You can see it in the extra.
We now have food for the whole week.
