Old Joe

The Joseph Chamberlain Memorial Clock Tower - known colloquially as "Old Joe" to many. I see several glimpses of him on my walks to work, when I lived nearer to the University of Birmingham, I could see him from my bedroom window, and hear the clock chime when it was quiet enough or cold enough.

I rarely get this close as I don't often walk through the University campus, but today was a glorious day for walking, (I did just under 10 miles) I wasn't in the mood for walking anywhere I didn't know well, and it was a good opportunity to get some more up to date photos of favourite places as well.
