This isn’t Chicken Balmoral

Although that is what we had for dinner, which was delicious and leaves enough haggis for spicy meatballs tomorrow!

We felt we had earned this, through a trip to Waterhouses and a good walk up the Manifold valley trail. Then a mooch around Ashbourne (which ensured we had the makings of said dinner).

Not a bad Saturday!
