Come Together . . . The Beatles

As a non monetry gift my son made me a play list of Fifty Songs for Fifty Years.  It does have songs from the 70's, the decade I got married, but also songs that the forester liked and songs he remembers from growing up with a mother who was always buying music and playing it in the house or the car.  It has been a nice relaxed day for sitting around and remembering.  It seems their childhood wasn't too terribly scarred.  
In the morning Finn kept us on our toes by playing hide and seek.  I had forgotten that small children really do close their eyes when they count while someone hides. 
In the afternoon when we had visitors to share the occasion Finn was happy assembling his fathers Lego collection from the 90's while the adults sat and talked out on the deck.  
Andrew kindly brought his camera and took some photos for us which meant I could just relax. Main blip by Andrew, extra by me. I should explain Finn stood on a chair to be part of the group photo.
