Burns Day Budapest 2025

Look who turned up to address the haggis in Budapest this evening! We were privileged to join 300 at The Cornthia Hotel ballroom for a black tie dinner this evening. It was an energetic Scottish and Hungarian evening with a pipe band from Edinburgh and Hungarian and Scottish dancing. A sumptuous meal preceded by haggis neeps and tatties as good as any we have ever tasted. Earlier we explored the 4th District and the Pest banks of the Danube.
