Silver Arcade is a beautiful late 1800 Victorian shopping arcade, built over four floors with original features intact. The new owners have spent £3m transforming it and bringing it back to life.
Plans include a bar/restaurant on the top floor, a demonstration kitchen in the basement and various sized units for rent over the remaining three floors.
It will also feature a refurbed spiral staircase and a glass lift.
It is the only four storey Victorian Arcade in the country and at it`s height, it was home to over 60 independent retailers, none of your mass high street dross.
