Seaford Peace Garden

Today I drove to Seaford for there I would find a "Repair Shop", once I was there I found no parking, so I noted where it was & drove to a Car Park.
Paid & then walked past the Peace Garden to where the Repair Shop is being held; in a Community Hall.
Lost inside I was shown where to go; I handed over my project to be fixed & was told I could sit & wait getting a cup of Tea, but instead on offer was a Golden Lentil Stew as well as Tea, Coffee, Cakes, what a lovely selection & all for free, donations accepted. 
I had the Stew & a slice of Granary Bread & it was delish, I donated £2, well worth it.
My item fixed, but not really, they reckon that it just needed new batteries, which I had put in Christmas 2023, but it wasn't working properly then, I'll give it another try this year.
When I left the Hall I went for a walk in the Peace Garden where I saw this saying which I believe I may have blipped before, loved it then & still do.
