Angkor Wat

The ancient Hindu temple of Angkor Wat is a World Heritage site and one of the most important archaeological sites in South-East Asia. Sitting in the jungle and hidden from the world for generations, the vast temple complex at Angkor has over 1000 temples.
This area was an easy bike ride from the centre of Siem Reap where we were staying and we were able to explore several temples by bike. In the extra is the nearby Bayon Temple.
