With rain expected in the afternoon I thought it wise to make an early start.

I had a blip in mind but this isn’t it. I need to try that again when the light’s better. Instead here’s the Swan Hotel and you can see a sprinkling of snow on the fell behind. It was very cold and not the weather to take many photos.

For those who saw my ‘window shopping’ blip earlier this week, here’s an update. Out of curiosity I walked past to see what had caught their attention. It wasn’t to my taste.
