. . . Blue Tits.

They always make an appearance. 

We completed our Garden Birdwatch and have sent in the results. Most of our regulars turned up at some point, even the Long Tailed Tits who are not always around, but not in the numbers we are used to. So it was one or two of each, when we know there are more. It didn't help that our Robin was constantly, and fiercely, chasing birds away. We did have two that were not on the chart - Woodpecker and Nuthatch. 

It is now very windy again, but it seems to be the south west that is getting the brunt of this storm. Our daughter is in Cornwall and reports high winds there and spectacular waves in Newlyn - I’ve just added a still from a video she has just sent us.
