looking up the glen, where it was still very icy, although the thicker snow was confined to the heights. A Raven called then appeared to chase the Kite, which was then harassed by a Buzzard. Unconcerned, it carried on searching for carrion. A calm and cool winter day. Half a dozen young stags ran out of the woods, crossed the river and started to graze in the field.
