Looking for sunshine

We walked from Staveley-in-Cartmel to Low Newton on a devious route that included a few of Wainwright's Outliers (Staveley Fell, Newton Fell North and South) with plenty of forestry, too much bog, great views of Lake Windermere and Morecambe Bay, and sunshine!
This evening we joined our friends at Burns Night at the Farmers' Arms in Lowick, which had it's own particular interpretation of Burns (including homage to other artists and poets who also died at the age of 37) and of course included the Entry of the Haggis (see extra)
