Loaf

Reading Nigella on Bluesky directed me to Dan Lepard's recipe for Sour Cream Sandwich Bread, although I didn't have any sour cream or sour milk but I figured that natural yogurt and milk would do. It did. And baking it in a tin box stops it expanding, means you get a nice tight crumb which should make it great for toasties tomorrow. 

Apart from that, I dismantled the radio some more. All the radio circuitry needs to go though I'll keep the controls and reuse them and maybe the power supply. The case needs a wee bit of gluing and a good polish. Bought another one so that I can make one to to run off 12v that I can use in the van.
