Taylor Pass Dam

First photo a thistle not sure if the same as the Scottish Thistle. It is quite small. other photos of swan an signets at Taylor pass  lake. a fine day for walk around the lake then off for a bit of train spotting the train is "The Great Journeys N.Z, Coastal Pacific Train"
