St Nicola

I was so impressed by the quality of the Seville oranges bought on Monday that I decided to buy more to make traditional marmalade to back up the Oxford marmalade I made on Wednesday. I now have seven jars of golden tangy deliciousness.

Some of the fruit in the box came wrapped in a tissue so I took one, out of curiosity, trusting equal quality to the rest, and unfolded it to reveal this pretty label.

One to watch in future, I think.
