No one else was up to see the sunrise; and it encouraged me to head on out with the hound. A 16 to Silverknowes and then walking across the open fields down to Cramond before turning for home along the shore. Lovely silvery light as the sun rose.

2 hours later, we were home; the dog had a quick hose down and then I set about lunch.

Alex headed out to watch N Merchy at Forresters and Tom got picked up by new driver Calan and scooted off too.

Loki and I went for walk #2 - back west to potter about Muirhouse / Waterfront and then back home; timing it well as the promised rain arrived as we arrived home. 

Tea / Premier League football / jambalaya  and I finally took the hound home; the briefest of handovers to make sure I got the connecting 9 home again. 

I'll be glad to go back to work tomorrow (Spoiler - I won't but it'll be good to do normality)
