Bike ride along the Delaware & Raritan Canal

Took a half day today at work and biked along the Delaware & Raritan Canal. The path is along an old railroad bed that was built and then decommissioned and turned into a state park. The railroad tracks were removed and turned into a bike trail that extends from Frenchtown to Trenton NJ along the Delaware river then winds up along the Raritan river to New Brunswick NJ. Tubing along the Delaware river is big in the summer.

Did 18 miles today. Little sore but I'll survive.
