Free Zoo Day

A family outing on a free day at the Denver Zoo (more formally the Denver Zoo Conservation Alliance)! Carly was appropriately dressed in her lion outfit, mainly to stay warm, but seemed to enjoy the giraffes the most (extra)! The cooler weather and recent snow kept the crowds away so we enjoyed perfect views of the animals that were out. Taking pictures at a zoo feels a bit too easy so I picked out a few favorites to capture and narrowed down to my favorite for the extra.
