Mono Monday

So glad I went out this morning for a walk. I needed to top up on breakfast fruit, (bananas, raspberried & blueberries) so as the sun was shining I walked down taking the longer walk down, and the shorter walk home. And including the quick walk in S'bur'ys I finished up with 1.46miles, and 4277 steps. So pleased with that.

It is still very windy and so glad I went out this morning as there has just been a really heavy short sharp shower including sleet and hail. The resident gull was not happy but still sat on wall! Sun is back out again now.
