Abbey
Crossed the Forth today, to sort out some football stuff ; had a wee wander round the Abbey and the Glen, old childhood haunts. This is a corner of the refectory where the Benedictine monks would eat. It was built almost 700 years ago, financed by Robert the Bruce who is buried in the nearby abbey kirk. Except his heart. That's in Melrose in a lead casket.
Many thanks to everyone who visited my big blipday entry yesterday. Very kind :)
