Crossing the footbridge

The morning began with pouring rain.

Cycled into town mid-morning in dry weather but skies indicated rain wasn't far away.

I wanted to collect a picture from the framers but didn't want rain and wind to damage it.  It would have to be secured to my bicycle rack.  So I thought it best to leave it until a calmer day.

Headed back home after seeing the ominous sky - extra.

In the afternoon took the hound for a dry walk and made a leek and potato eggah/frittata. 

Caught up with a bit of ironing and read for the rest of the afternoon.
