Reuse and recycle

Yes!! Homes for these remaining now not needed music copies of our previous hymnbook have been found - I just need to hand them over sometime this week.

There had been a small, but faithful choir which was down to 5 people just before I arrived, two of whom were my predecessor and his wife.

Of the 3 left, 1 took the opportunity to stop coming to church, 1 died within 2 years, and 1 is still with us loudly leading us astray from time to time!

Each choir member always used the same number hymnbook - no matter which set of books were being used! 

Me, I'm an encourage everyone to sing kind of organist, with a congregation who don't like to be left out. It seems to work in our context.

Now, just to sort through the remaining words copies, ditch the most disreputable one and  and one final push to see if anywhere local can use the remaining reasonable ones. (Not hopeful...)
