Heading West

A really early start, up at 5:00am to be at Richard’s, he of Friday coffee, so as to head off to St Michael’s Hospital at Hayle for his surgery at 7:00am.
I made my way home, coffee and toast for breakfast and some catch up from yesterday’s RHS course.

Mrs S and I then headed over to Truro, pay in some cheques, grab a coffee and a quick M&S shop before heading home.

Faffing around meant I was late off to bed, 20 hour days are a no, no these days.
