A Bit Breezy

A working day with a hospital appointment in the middle. A check on my eyes as I'm still under post operative care following the retina detachment(s). Thankfully its all pretty stable so it was another case of "come back in 6 months", eventually I should be released back into the regular diabetic retinopathy screening but I'm happy to be viewed by the experts for now. Everything was a bit blurry post the appointment (they dilate my pupils to get the best possible look at the back of the eye so I though a slowish shutter photo of the trees moving in the wind was appropriate.

A wet run with the club tonight but felt good (to run and for doing it!).
