It's Ready Honey

It's strange the things you think about whilst working. For the last few days I have thought about making a deep filled quiche.
So a sheet of short crust pastry, twelve eggs, milk, grated cheese, six rashers of back bacon and two tomatoes later its ready. Seems a shame to cut into it.

Elsewhere Samantha's Birthday BBQ turned into an indoor party. It absolutely bucketed down from 4:00pm so I cooked in the oven while the fifteen year olds had some cider!! Louder and louder, music that I've never heard before and language that I'd rather not hear again.

But you are only young once!
