New week, new stitches

I've selected a few more scraps from the bag and begun a new bit of stitching over the weekend, having filled the last piece to a point where it wasn't shouting at me to add more.  I may go back to it at some point.   
I took the picture early in the day in case I had nothing else.  It was wet and windy during a lunchtime walk and my phone stayed in my pocket.  Other than that I have been fasting, so no food pictures, WFH so mostly staring at a screen and picking up a few parkrun related queries in between.  Work, parkrun and life admin feels like quite a lot at the moment.  It's calming to finish the day with some tv whilst pushing a needle through scraps.  I did some doodles with a sharpie on the scrap with the birds head printed on it at some point after taking this too
